For shop orders paid by bank transfer, the order is held for 3 working days awaiting payment, then cancelled if unpaid. Use your order number as the payment reference.

New starters and Windows Autopilot

OCR Intelligence IT offers Windows Autopilot provisioning, standard images and apps, and new starter onboarding. Ask us to quote for laptop pre-configuration alongside your hardware. The setup scope and suitability will be agreed for your environment.

The New Starter Pack includes a refurbished business laptop, secure wipe and provisioning, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace setup, email, files, core apps and MFA.

Device checks and data handling

Every device is data-wiped and tested, and supplied at the Windows 11 or macOS setup screen (out-of-box setup).

Delivery and collection

Shop orders include free UK delivery, typically 1 to 2 working days after payment clears. Free Cambridge collection is available by arrangement only. There are no walk-in visits.

Warranty, returns and ongoing support

Shop devices include a 12-month warranty against hardware faults arising in normal use. Cosmetic wear described at sale is not a fault. Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised modifications, consumables and misuse are excluded under the warranty policy.

For a warranty claim, email ithelpdesk@ocrintelligenceit.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may troubleshoot remotely before arranging repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Business customers should contact us promptly if an item is not as described or develops a fault under warranty. Contact us for return instructions before sending devices back.
