Shop orders
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Free UK delivery is typically 1–2 working days, or free collection in Cambridge by arrangement.
Bank transfer orders are held for 3 working days awaiting payment, then cancelled if unpaid. Use your order number as the payment reference.
Liability
Website content is provided for general information. For service engagements, the signed proposal or agreement sets out scope and liability.
