Oliver Ryan, Managing Director
Oliver has worked in IT since 2004, including years managing large IT services for corporate organisations. He started OCR Intelligence IT to bring that same big-company experience to small businesses, with the kind of IT support he’d want himself: friendly, honest, and focused on what actually helps.
He specialises in Microsoft 365 and Intune, so new starters get laptops that are set up, secure and ready to use from day one. He’s a Microsoft 365 and Intune specialist, but he isn’t tied to any one vendor: the right solution comes first. He also sources ex-business laptops, refurbishes them, and sells them with a 1-year warranty, so you get quality hardware without paying for brand new.
His approach is simple. First he understands the problem and the result you want, then he puts in the right solution, whether that’s a laptop, a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace setup, or AI automation. Doing more with less, by using intelligence.
